At Citadel, we understand the importance of accurate timekeeping and how missed punches can affect your business operations. That's why we've included a Missed Punches Widget on your Citadel Dashboard, which highlights all your users' missed punches from the current and previous pay periods.
By default, the widget displays all punches from all departments. Select the filter icon in the top right corner of the widget to filter the results by Date or by People. You can also filter by specific Departments. Click Apply to apply the filter.
If you need to search for a specific user, use the search icon located at the top right corner of your widget. Type the name of the user in the search bar, and the results will automatically begin filtering as you type. To close the search function, simply delete the name or press the x icon.
You will see the number of missing punches for each day a missing punch has occurred.
To resolve a missing punch, click on the line of the result, enter the missing punch or punches, and click Save. You can also click View Time Card to view the employee's time card.
