When a user has a policy that allows Time Clock punching and department transfers and has a punch method such as a fingerprint, PIN, or RFID Badge, they can use the Time Clock to transfer departments.
If the user does not have a Punch Management Policy with Department Transfers enabled, they will not see the Department Transfer option.
Transfer departments:
- Authenticate at the time clock:
- Tap the screen and enter your PIN.
- Scan your Badge.
- Scan your fingerprint.
- Tap the Department Transfer option.
- You can also select All to view all punch options and select Department Transfer.
- Select the department name from the list and tap Transfer.
- Press Sign Out to clear the confirmation screen.
