When an employee, supervisor, or administrator has a Punch Management Policy that allows Smartphone Punching as well as a PIN, they can use the Smartphone App to punch.
Use Quick Punching on the Smartphone App:
- Open the Citadel smartphone app and log in.
- Swipe from the center (the time) to the suggested punch option.
Punch In or Out on the Smartphone App:
- Open the Citadel smartphone app and log in.
- Swipe across the top to All to view all available punch options.
- Swipe from the center to Punch In or Punch Out.
Start or End a Meal or Lunch Break on the Smartphone App:
- Open the Citadel smartphone app and log in.
- Swipe across the top to All to view all available punch options.
- Swipe from the center to Start Meal or End Meal.
Start or End a Rest Break on the Smartphone App:
- Open the Citadel smartphone app and log in.
- Swipe across the top to All to view all available punch options.
- Swipe from the center to Start Rest or End Rest.
