To ensure that all time-related data is accurate, it's important to set the correct timezone for your Citadel account. Please note that the timezone in the account will reflect the timezone of the user logged in. This article provides step-by-step instructions for updating the timezone in the web portal.
This article assumes you are an administrator or have a role with the necessary permissions to view and edit People. If you feel you should have the ability to view or edit the information provided in this article and do not, reach out to your account administrator to update your profile.
Update your timezone:
- Log in to your Citadel web portal.
- Click on People in the side menu.
- Select your user profile.
- Click the edit icon in the upper right-hand corner or click Time Zone.
- Select the correct time zone from the drop-down and click Save.
- Refresh the page to update the time displayed on the account.
