If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status, you can register your Citadel account as such by submitting a copy of your determination letter or certificate. Any taxes collected after the date on your certificate will be credited back to your account.
Register your organization as tax-exempt:
- Scan or create an image file of your determination letter or certificate in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
- Name the file: Citadel_taxexempt_<insert your company ID>.
- Attach the file to an email and send it to accounting@CitadelTimeCloud.com.
- If you currently have a ticket open regarding your tax-exempt status, reply directly to the ticket and attach the file to that email.
- Set the subject line to Citadel - Account Tax-Exempt Status Registration.
- Put your company name and company ID in the body of the email.
- Wait for a response from our Finance Department. Please allow up to three business days.
