Your account in Citadel allows you to choose how to display date, time, currency, and minute formats across your time cards, time clocks, and reports.
To complete the steps in this article, you must be an administrator or have the necessary view and/or edit permissions enabled. If you believe you should be able to complete the steps and are not able to, reach out to your account administrator to discuss updating the settings for your Role.
Update the date format:
- Log into the web portal.
- Go to Policies.
- Select the Date Time Currency policy.
- Click on the Date Format option.
- Select your preferred format from the dropdown list.
- Click Save.
Update the time format:
- Log into the web portal.
- Go to Policies.
- Select the Date Time Currency policy.
- Click on the Time Format option.
- Select your preferred format from the dropdown list.
- Click Save.
Update the currency type:
- Log into the web portal.
- Go to Policies.
- Select the Date Time Currency policy.
- Click on the Currency Type option.
- Select your preferred format from the dropdown list.
- Click Save.
Update the minute format:
- Log into the web portal.
- Go to Policies.
- Select the Date Time Currency policy.
- Click on the Minute Format option.
- Select your preferred format from the dropdown list.
- Click Save.
